Who we are
More than 30 years ago, lawyer Dr. iur. Louis A. Capt founded the law firm at the Wetzikon train station. In April 2017 the lawyers David Zollinger and Viviane Zollinger-Anderegg took over his office and his daughter, Michèle K. Capt, joined the office community of Capt Zollinger Rechtsanwälte as an independent lawyer. Since January 2021, lic. iur. Hans Feldmann and Dr. iur. Niklaus Oberholzer joined the Capt Zollinger Lawyers team as independent lawyers.
We carry out the work of the firm's founder, Dr. iur. Louis A. Capt. As his successor, we are active in the traditional areas of contract law, inheritance law, family law, tenancy law, debt collection and bankruptcy law and administrative law. We support private individuals and SMEs with all their concerns. We are also particularly specialized in the fields of labor law, divorce law, criminal law (including legal and administrative assistance) and tax and duty law.
